Berco currently has the following openings on its team.
Needed: energetic professional for a CAD Designer position. Qualified applicants must be proficient in the creation of drawings, parts, and assemblies using AutoCAD 2D AND 3D. Must have the ability to multitask, be a good communicator, and be organized. Must also have an Associate Degree or higher in Drafting or Solid Modeling. Practical knowledge of manufacturing processes a plus.
Production Trainees & Helpers (several open positions)
Needed: Energetic, quality-minded, and mature individuals for Assemblers, Upholsterers, and Cabinet and Woodworkers. Qualified candidates must have 18 months verifiable experience, a positive attitude, and enjoy working in a team environment.
Senior Production Manager
Needed: detail-oriented, highly motivated, self-directed, high volume manufacturing manager. Qualified candidates will have the ability to prioritize production schedules, manage equipment and labor efficiency, and control materials supply. Must have 5-8 years experience building cabinets, fixtures, or woodworking, as well as a minimum of 3 years supervising and directing a staff.
